Boys and Girls Basketball Games This Week

The Southern Wells Boys Basketball team kick off a big week of basketball for both the boys and the girls team tonight! The first game this week is tonight when the boys take the court to face the Northfield Norse. The JV tips off at 6 and Varsity to follow. On Thursday, the 14th, the Lady Raiders travel to Woodburn to take on the Woodlan Lady Warriors in an ACAC conference game. This will be the Lady Raiders 4th conference game of the year. JV tipoff is at 6 and the Varsity will follow. The boys will then turn around after the game against Northfield and play only their second conference game of the year against the Bluffton Tigers. Try to make it out to watch the Raiders teams take on a couple conference opponents. COME TO SUPPORT YOUR RAIDERS!!!!!!!!!

The Boys Fall to AC

The Southern Wells Boys Basketball team traveled to Monroe to take on the Adams Central Flying Jets. The JV started at 6. Their game went into double overtime and they came out on top. Then the Varsity started after that crazy game. The Varsity lost to the Jets 69-41. AC's top scorers were Johnny Carroll 22pts, Drew Schultz had 15, and Kevin Brown also had 15 points. The Raiders top scorer was Thomas Biddle with 19pts. He went 6 for 9 at the 3 point line. Then he was followed by Kreigh Roush with 8. Cameron Lightle added 6. The Raiders look to bounce back their next game is December 5 against Eastbrook at home. JV starts at 6. BE THERE!!!!!!!!
