Why Steph Curry should win his 3rd MVP

Steph Curry has shown how great he can truly be especially in the 2014-2015 and 2016-2017 seasons where he had captured the MVP award back to back times and once unanimously which he is the only player in the history in the NBA to do such a thing. Last season was a "down" year for Curry because the slivering Kevin Durant decided to join the Warriors in free agency as his contract ended in Oklahoma City. Durant Received much hatred from this decision along with I, I believe he should never came to hold down Curry like he had done so in the previous season. Despite the critics saying how Curry had such a down year he still had a booming 25.3 PPG, 6.6 APG, and 4.5 RPG. 25.3 PPG, almost 2 more points than when he previously won his first MVP. Despite not winning the award, it was awarded to Russell Westbrook who averaged a triple double for the season. Starting on a clean slate the 2017-2018 is Steph Curry's year to shine and he has done just that so far by averaging 27.9 Points per game 6.4 Assist per game and 5.2 Rebounds per game. This is not even his full expertise being shown because of his teams success he hardly ever plays in the 4th quarter. Steph Curry has the most 30 points through 3 quarters in NBA history. Recently coming off a mostoruos 45 point game in just 29 minutes! Could you just imagine how many points he would average if he were able to play in the 4th quarter? Steph Curry should be the next MVP! Currently in 5th place in the MVP ladder, he can go up 4 more spots and capture his 3rd MVP award!!
